08.28 | '24' wins the Best Drama Series Emmy; Kiefer Sutherland voted Outstanding Lead Actor
'24' won three Emmy awards last night:
Kiefer Sutherland received the Outstanding Actor in a Drama Series award, beating Christopher Meloni, Denis Leary, Peter Krause and Martin Sheen.
The show was also voted Outstanding Drama Series for 2006, beating Grey's Anatomy, House, The Sopranos and The West Wing.
Jon Cassar also won Outstanding Directing for a Drama Series for the 7AM - 8AM episode.
The series has finally won the best drama award after five previous years of being nominated. Well done to everyone involved.

i love 24, the best drama series of this past year. the first seasons were also very cool.
I have seen 24 since 2002 and i haven't miss a single episode when it is the day of it's premiere, cuz i cant wait the excitement of knowing what's happening next.
way to go 24 cast and crew members
