05.05 | Kiefer Sutherland reveals that the '24' movie will be filmed in London
Kiefer Sutherland has revealed that a movie version of his hit US TV show 24 is to be made in London.
The actor, who plays hero Jack Bauer in the thriller series, told chat show host Jonathan Ross about his plans on his BBC One show, which airs on Friday.
"We're working on that," he said. "We'll shoot the film here. We're really excited about it.
"In the US, 24 was slow to catch on but in the UK it was big so Fox stuck with it, so thank you Britain."
I can't imagine that the whole film will be set in the UK, though.
Viewers in the UK can watch the interview on 'Friday Night with Jonathan Ross', tonight on BBC1 at 22:35. Also, Rocco DeLuca and the Burden will a playing a song.
If you watch the 24 inside episode, they say that the film will take place in like 3 places around the world - 45 minutes in each place kind of thing, with plane journeys inbetween (cut out to fit in to a 3 hour film).

does anyone know when the show that was mentioned on jonthan ross, during kiefers interview will be shown??? small documentary type thing on bbc monday but cant find it in the tv guide...

Kiefers Wife, the 'I Trust You To Kill Me' documentary will be shown on Sky One on Monday 8th May at 10PM.

Does anyone know WHEN the film will be set. Will it be in between seasons 5 and 6, or will it be completely seperate...or maybe a prequel? I always thought a movie prequel with Jack and Palmer taking down the Drazen's would be awesome...

I've got two questions and wonder if you could help;
1. how on earth did you capture the Jonathan Ross digital feed (ie what software and what hardware?)
2. I've been trying to upload decent quality stuff to Youtube but it doesn't seem to want big files - your upload is very clear - do you have a trick?!)
