A tiny tiny season four spoiler for you. Not that it'll actually spoil anything.
TVGuide.com is reporting that Carlos Bernard WILL return as Tony Almeida in February sweeps. By my estimates, that's any episode between hour seven and hour ten.

"I'd be glad to show you any cheque I've received from DVD sales, but it's zero, not a cent," he said. "They have a whole litany of reasons why. They say they're not making any money at all."
Dennis Haysbert obviously isn't bitter about being dropped as President Palmer for season four.
'24' is nominated for a bunch of Emmy Awards, which is being held on September 20th.
If you're a betting person, you'll currently get odds of 5/1 on '24' winning the 'Best Drama Series' award and 4/1 on Kiefer Sutherland winning 'Lead Actor in a Drama'. Looks like 'The Sopranos' and Anthony LaPaglia are the favourites, though.
The exciting news is that the 'Creative Arts Emmys' has already been held, and '24' won four awards. They were:
Best Casting for a Drama Series
Best Sound Mixing for the 5PM-6PM episode
Best Editing for the 10AM-11AM episode
Best Stunt Coordination for the 10AM-11AM episode
Well done to everyone involved, and good luck for the main awards night.
If Dennis Haysbert, who played President David Palmer on '24', really was president of the United States, he would "get the hell out of Iraq as soon as possible".
"It is an election year and normally I wouldn't say anything about the political process but the president we have, I sincerely hope he loses," the 50-year-old said of George W Bush.
"The man (Bush) has been shown to have lied profusely and done everything you can to make you distrust him"
I'd vote for Palmer any day.
Season four news: Chloe's back! And in pink! And rather obviously using Hewlett Packard!

This sounds extremely cool and should hopefully get rid of all that boring 'did Tony get pardoned?' type of crap that people keep wittering on about.
The upcoming [US, Region 1] DVD release of the third season of '24' will include a mini-prequel that lays the groundwork for the drama's fourth season.
The new footage - slightly less than 10 minutes - on the December 7 seven-disc season-three release will introduce many of the characters to be featured in season four, including the new head of CTU and the new love interest for Kiefer Sutherland's Jack Bauer character, Audrey Raines (Kim Raver).
While the scenes do not play in a fluid storyline, they serve as a bridge from the events that took place at the end of last season to the beginning of the next. The footage will not be shown on TV or anywhere else in the U.S., according to Fox, although it likely will end up in international cuts of the show.
You can read the read of this story at
Yahoo! News. Given that fans who've bought the UK version of the DVD have missed out on this, and the Fox commitment to producing web-only add-ons like '24: Inside', that you'll probably be able to watch this on the official site once everyone's gone out and bought the DVD...
Summer 2004 is looking like a quiet time for '24' news. Still, MTV has more on Elisha Cuthbert's career:
'The Girl Next Door' cutie Elisha Cuthbert will star in and produce the indie thriller 'Dot', about a popular teenager whose life is turned upside down when a supposedly deaf orphan teenager moves in with her family. Shooting is scheduled for later this month, after Cuthbert finishes 'House of Wax' with Paris Hilton.
