05.23 | Someone's having problems sorting out contracts
I'm not sure what to make of this, but according to my super-secret American telly mole, the only actor to have been signed up for a third season of '24' is Kiefer Sutherland. So far, I'm hoping.
So what of Carlos Bernard, AKA Tony Almeida? He's GOT to come back (I'm presuming here, that he's not going to get killed off in season two). Does this mean that that the ditzy Kim Bauer, played by delectable Elisha Cuthbert, is for the trash heap?
The following have been confirmed to return in year three:
-Kiefer Sutherland (Jack)
-Sarah Wynter (Kate)
-Elisha Cuthbert (Kim)
-Reiko Aylesworth (Dessler, now a regular)
-Paul Schulze (Chappele)
-Carlos Bernard (Almeida
No sign of Palmer.

Oh, bloody hell - not more Kate. Kim I can understand, but not bloody Kate. Surely Jack would be investigated by Division for associating himself with the sister of a terrorist and the daughter of a dodgy CIA agent?

For me, the only way they can really keep Kim Bauer in the third season is to have her written in to it as a member of CTU. I think the audience is going to get a little sick of her danger magnet ways.
